I know that Chris Weitz is looking for a new Jacob, and that he and Taylor Lautner met a few days back. Has anyone given the final word? I just spent a half an hour looking online and couldn't find anything, which probably means it hasn't been announced yet. But I just thought I would ask. :) Thanks a million.

回复删除i want to believe he is. on imdb it has him in the cast for new moon already and on his imdb it says under the movie he has and will do "new moon (2009) (pre-production).....jacob black."so as far as imdb is concerned he is on. they always update when they find out new cast members are signed. i'm sure he will be in new moon or imdb could have it wrong. i doubt it though. 回复删除I'm pretty sure they want to keep Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black, the issue is his age. Obviously he cant age like Jacob in the book cause its not possible. But im pretty sure that they are going to try and make it work. Making him look older is all makeup and i heard he put on 17 pounds of muscle to look jacked, and my friend read that the new director of new moon is going to talk to the people who dealt with the movie "the curious case of benjamin button" to make Taylor seem taller than he really is. But we can only hope they keep him. we wont really know until summit comes out with a statement.
