I've heard that Taylor Lautner might be repalced by Michael Copon. And I have also heard that right now New Moon is being filmed. So I am asking ANYONE who might know the answer. Is Taylor Lautner going to be in New Moon as Jacob Black or not?

回复删除Filming has NOT started. And the director has not stated if Taylor will stay or not.I hope he does because I absolutely adore Taylor as Jacob!

回复删除no filming doesnt start until march...and they still dont know yet about who is going to play jacob black...i hope they keep him...and sure as hell hope that stupid michael copon doesnt replace him no offense but he seem stupid and arrogant looking he would ruin the film...if the were to replace taylor which hopefully not i think the only person that could replace him is steven strait...but for now its still undecided

回复删除Well, I heard they already replaced him with the Copon guy. I really want him to be in New Moon. They say he is too baby faced and looks young for his age, but he looks 21. Everyone says that.However, yea they started filming the movie a couple of weeks ago, it is coming out in 2010. However, a month ago Taylor was on the Tyra Banks Show and he was talking about New Moon and that he is excited to be filming and all that so idk, but he better be in it!!
回复删除He is trying to stay in New Moon, but Chris Weitz who is the new director does not seem to like the fact that Taylor Lautner is pretty young looking, and Jacob Black really grows as a werewolf in New Moon, so Taylor is really fighting for his part. Kristen Stewart could even be replaced because she is too monotone for New Moon. Summit is only confirmed to be keeping Robert Pattinson. Unfortunately Kristen will probably stay in the film and Taylor seems like he will be replaced. Oh and no they do not film until March.
回复删除Best Answer - Chosen by Voters There was an interview from about 2 or so days ago saying that they weren't sure. But Taylor Lautner is really really trying to get the part. He has been working out since they finished filming Twilight. And he gained 19 pounds to make him seem bigger. But you know in the book.. he's 6' 5". But in really life he is 5' 10". I seriously don't know why they would even question if Taylor would be in New Moon or not. I mean does Summit really want to disappoint Twilight's fans in that way? When i figured out that Taylor Lautner was going to be in Twilight, I was immediately looking forward to New Moon instead. That's because I dont like how Taylor had to wear a wing and how he was barely in twilight. I was so excited when I heard they were going to film new moon because Jacob gets a haircut and he is in more than half the book!but now im disappointed, how could they consider hiring Michael Copon instead?I guess its..Sharkboy vs. Power Ranger.I am praying that they don't hire the ex-power ranger (mike copon)PLUS! Alice is supposed to be 4' 10"But Ashley Green is 5' 5"A difference of 7 inches right?AND... Taylor = 5' 10"Jacob = 6' 5"Difference of 7 inches.
