I am doing a health project and I need to come up with a meal plan for Taylor that will get me his required calories a day. Assuming he keeps up with his current work-out, how many calories does he need a day?
Okay, so in a recent interview that I saw him in, he was talking about the amount of food that he had to eat. He said that he had to double the amount of calories that he was taking in, making him intake approximately 3,200 a day. And that is on the low side. (Some of the types of food that he would eat included...sweet potatoes, almonds, meat patties...lots of protein!)
You need to know his height, weight, age, and relative body fat % (total guess from seeing the New Moon trailers: 10-12%) to be able to accurately do that project. Once you know that, you can calculate his Basal Metabolic Rate and figure out how many grams of protein he needs to keep his muscle mass (1g protein per lb of muscle).Regardless of your feelings on Twilight, the kid's a specimen for sure. I'd have killed to look like that when I was his age.
