no i havent cuz i live in toronto but i have a chance of seein the jonas brothers demi lovato or allyson stoner frankie jonas meaghan martin and maria canals berrera cuz i live in toronto where camp rock is filmed and camp rock 2 is bein filmed right now!! and if i did i'd ask for an autograph and pic, lol demi lovato wrote on her facebook that if i want to be in camp rock 2 she gave me this site and u can actually be in it!!!...but im not, lolsrry for the long story...and srry if u hate all the people i mentioned, lolbut to answer some what of yur question if i saw tay or rob on the streets of vancouver i'd do the same as for the camp rock cast :)
