Do you think Taylor Lautner should play Jacob in New Moon?
I think he should but they don't think he can be tall enough because he's only like 5'9" and according to the book he's supposed to be 6'7" and he's kinda small and he's supposed to be buff. They are considering Michael Copon.
i dont think he should as in his body built isnt fitting the desciption in the book. but im used to thinking him as jocab. his face already covered the blank image i have when i read the book. i would rather they dont change.
I definitely think they should keep Taylor Lautner. Even though he is supposed to look older, Michael Copon looks TOO old for the part! Taylor is so cute and has the perfect Jacob smile..plus he is very muscular and has like a 8 pack :) I think he would do fine

they should most definitely keep taylor. both the author and the directors knew that Jacob was going to be taller in New Moon, but they decided to keep Taylor anyways. If they replaced him in New Moon I bet anything that fans would definitely notice a difference in the looks and acting, which could definitely be gruesome for the movie's hits. Besides it shouldn't be that hard to make someone taller, they could just edit that in the film anyways!
